Founded in 2012, Harvest Pack is a Minneapolis-born 501(c)(3) humanitarian hunger relief nonprofit with a Candid/GuideStar Platinum Seal of Transparency and a Four-Star rating from Charity Navigator.

We bring a turnkey meal-packing event to your business, school, or faith community. Your team works on assembly lines to pack thousands of healthy meals, donated to nonprofit partners who put them on local tables.

Where our meals go
Meal donations reached 24 states in 2025, and most meals stay right in the community that packs them. Partners get to choose exactly where their food goes.

A meal is just the beginning
Behind every pouch is a person. Our partner organizations choose a food shelf or similar program to receive the food, and from there it moves out through school counselors, backpack programs, and home deliveries: to kids who show up to class ready to learn, seniors who get to stay in their own homes, and families who no longer have to choose between groceries and rent.
Good for tables. Good for the planet.
Most meal-packing ends at the table. Ours keeps giving. Leftover and used event materials live second lives, and nothing usable goes to the landfill.
Plastics, reborn
Plastic wrap, bin liners, and gloves from our events are collected and remade into deck planking and sturdy park benches.
Nothing wasted
Spilled ingredients are inevitable. We collect them in special bins and send them to SoulSpace Farm Sanctuary, where they nourish its rescued residents.

Volunteers take home tomato seeds, and the ripe harvest is donated back to local food shelves for neighbors who need it most.

We bring the supplies. You bring the smiles.
Hosting a Harvest Pack is turnkey and low-stress. Our team arrives with the mobile meal-packing equipment, the ingredients, and the fun. You don't even have to leave the building.
Pick your date & place
A conference room, gym, cafeteria, or fellowship hall works great. Schedule at least six weeks out and we'll handle every logistic from there.
Rally your teammates
Ages 3 to 103, everyone has a job on the line. Coworkers, classmates, congregations, and families all pack side by side.
Pack joy into every box
In as little as one hour, or across several shifts, your team packs thousands of healthy meals, donated to local food shelves or overseas partners you care about.
